General instructions for New Admission Procedure/ Withdrawal (i.e. Issue of Transfer Certificate (T.C.) & Deposition of Monthly Tuition Fee/Examination Fees:


New Admission Procedures: -

✔At the time of the admission to class Preparatory & Nursery the child should complete the age of 3(three) and 4 (four) years on the 1st January of the every Year respectively. The age limit for other classes will be regulated accordingly.

✔Documents required:

  • Two passport size photo of the child.
  • Attested copy of Birth Certificate of the pupil but guardian/student must produce original documents at the time of New Admission.
  • Cast Certificate/Aadhar Card /BPL Card/Physically Challenged Certificate (if necessary) of the parents.

✔Admission form is to be filled in and submitted to the school office before the end of the period notified by the school authority.

✔ Incomplete or illegible admission forms will not be processed

✔ Admission to other classes is made at the beginning of the academic session subject to availability of seats.

Admission fee is not refundable.


Renewal Admission:

For the each and every academic session, a student shall renew his/her name after being promoted to the next higher classes, as per rules.


Withdrawal Procedure (i.e. issue of the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from school) :

✔Transfer Certificate from a permitted or recognized institution must be submitted along with the Admission Form, who has come from other educational institution.

✔The student want to withdraw his/her admission, he/she should submit an application and along with the relevant documents one month ahead through proper way.

✔The Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week from the date of withdrawal.

✔ An amount Rs200/ to be deposited to the school office for issuing Transfer Certificate for every student.


Rules & regulation for Deposition of Monthly Tuition Fee/Examination Fees:

Guardians have been depositing the monthly tuition fees of their wards at the bank w.e.f 2006.But on the basis of Letter No AC/NMT/JA/09/1684, dated 17/11/2009, issued by the BM of ACAB/NTB, The school authority of the Academy has taken the following decisions regarding depositing school fees of the students from the year 2010, at The Assam Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd, Noonmati Branch, Guwahati.

  • The Monthly Tuition fee to be deposited to the Assam Co-operative Apex Bank, Noonmati Branch. Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-781021 at the Account No-14567. (2) Parents/Guardians are requested to fill the Tuition fee Slip with proper Class/Section/Roll No and Fee amount before clearing the payment/fees.
  • Fee should be paid on or before Last Day of the every month regularly. Failng which a “Late Fine of Rs20/ will be levid per month after the due date”.
  • After clearing payments, parents/guardians are requested to depositor their Fee Book in the school office which to be checked by the O/A (office assistant)/accountant every month.
  • The students failing to pay the fees for the Three (03) consecutive months will have their name stuck off rolls from the Students Attendance Register .They may be readmitted on clearing all arrears and fines. If it is intimated to the school authority by the guardians/parents at time, then, the authority may consider the matter for the irregularity done by the guardians/parents.
  • The Monthly Tuition Fees cover twelve academic calendar months w.e.f. April to the March of the next year (w.e.f01/04/2021) No reduction is made for holiday or broken periods.
  • )Pupil joining or leaving the school during any month will have to pay all the fees along with the exam fee. Absence from examination does not entitle exemption from paying examination fees.
  • Out of the three (03) students from one family, the “Admission Fees” of the student in the utmost lower class would be waived but they have to pay the Monthly Tuition Fees along with the Half-Yearly & Annual Examination fees for the students.
  • In case of loss of Fee Books, contact school office for re-issuing the same by the submitting an application on the payment of Rs.30/.

School Fee: (Admission Fee, Monthly Tuition Fee & Examination Fee)

✔ If the Admission Fee/ Monthly Tuition/Exam Fee in not paid in time completely as indicated in the Fee structures/Fee Book. Those students would not be allowed to appear in U.Test/Half-Yearly/Ann. Exam.

✔ The School fees and other dues are likely to be increased every year to defray the expenditure in running the school smoothly.


Rules on Modification of Fee Structures:

✔ The Managing Committee shall have right to change the Fee structures i.e. Admission fee, Monthly Tuition Fees, Examinations Fee and etc in all levels which shall not be inconsistent.

✔ The School authority may reduce or relax the Monthly Tuition Fee/Admission fees as a special case where necessary.

✔ Out of the three students from one family, i.e. having same parents, the Admission fee of the student in utmost lower class may be reduced or may be waived by the School Authority but the student shall pay the Exam Fees i.e. Half-yearly and the Annual Examination fee with effect from 01/01/2015.
