General Notes to the Parents/Guardians:

✔ During the classes, parents/guardians or no body, will be allowed to enter within the school premises to meet any of the teachers/pupils. In case of exceptional or urgent matter, they may be allowed after getting permission from the Principal.

✔ No child should leave the school premises except on the strength of the letter or any information of authorization from his/her parents/guardians. If the school authority gets proper information from the parents/guardians in case of urgent mater, then the child may be allowed to leave the school premises, provided the Pupil (who comes alone) or the Parents/ guardians should enter their signature in the Half-Day Leave Register preserves for it without fail.

✔ Parents/Guardians retain their right and duties in the education of their children even though they delegate them in part to school. The support and collaboration to Parents/Guardians are in all case considered indispensable to the success of the work of education carried out by the school.

✔ Work missed by absentee students must be made up on their own.

A student suffering from infectious diseases like Chicken Pox, Measles, Cholera Mumps,Whooping Cough and Jaundice etc, must not be sent to school till the quarantine periods are over. If the children want to join school they should produce a fitness certificate from a doctor.

✔ Parents and guardians are requested to co-operate with the school authorities.

• —by inculcating in their wards regular and punctual attendance.
• —by sending their wards to school dressed daily in their neat and proper uniform.
• —by seeing that their wards are diligent in doing their Home works, and the other home assignments, lessons as per their Academic Schemes and also the performance in the different examinations conducted by the academy.
• —by insisting on neatness and cleanliness in their text books, exercise books, test copies and also their personal appearance etc.
• —by occasionally discussing with Principal for the progress of their children
• —by promptly countersigning the Progress Report Cards, Students’ Identity Cards, Text books, Home task Diary and Exercise Copy/Unit Test copies etc.

Every parents/Guardians should visit the school premises to know about the performance of their wards.

Parents/Guardians’ Meeting:

Parents’/Guardians’ attendances are compulsory in the PTM (Parents-Teachers Meeting) and the guardians’ meetings which shall be scheduled in the Academic Calendar of the academy. The presence in the meeting would be considered as a part of responsibility of Parents/Guardians .Any guardian having any grievance relating to the improvement and the right of the child may make a written suggestion to the Principal of the academy and which may be placed in the guardians’ meeting and their constructive opinions/ advices would be gladly received by the teachers and the school authority. rolex replica

Important Notes to the Parents/Guardians of the classes Preparatory & Nursery:-

✔ No classes will be held on Saturday for the classes Preparatory & Nursery.

✔ The Preparatory & Nursery classes have been exempted from the Unit Test.

✔ The Students of the classes Preparatory & Nursery must wear (P.T Uniform) on Friday.
